After breakfast, we head to visit the Nabatean Red Rose city of Petra, one of the 7 world wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Enter the city through 1KM long narrow gorge which is flanked either side by 80m high cliffs! Notice the dazzling colors and formations of the rocks. The site is massive, and contains hundreds of elaborated rock-cut tombs, a treasury, Roman-style theatres, temples, sacrificial altars and colonnaded streets. Then drive back to your hotel in Amman.

After breakfast, tour the downtown part of capital city Amman for 2 hours, visiting sites and museums including the Archeological Museum, the Folklore Museum, The citadel, and the Amphitheatre. Everywhere you look there is evidence of the city’s much older past. Proceed to the Dead Sea, the lowest point on earth deep in the Jordan Valley and 55 km southeast of Amman, is the Dead Sea, one of the most spectacular natural and spiritual landscapes in the whole world. It is the lowest body of water on earth, the lowest point on earth, and the world’s richest source of natural salts, hiding wonderful treasures that accumulated throughout thousands of years.

Petra : It is located in a quiet valley surround by the mountainous region of Jordan. This place was hidden from the world for hundreds of years. In order to come to Petra, you need to walk for 1.2 km through a narrow gorge also called the Siq. You can see a royal tomb where pirates used to hide treasures.
Wadi Rum : This place has age old riverbeds, pastel coloured stretches of sandy desert and beautiful rock formations also called as jebels. It has an unspoilt beauty inspite of erosion and geological formation. The semi nomadic Bedouins live in this region within goat hair tents. They preserve a lifestyle that has been there in the Arabian deserts since many years ago.
The Dead Sea : This is the lowest point on the surface of the earth. It flows between Israel and Jordan and is called the Dead Sea as the mineral content is 33% almost six times salty as an ocean. It is impossible to swim or sink in this water. Also, it is called the Dead Sea as no aquatic creature can survive in it. This means it does not have fish or any plants around the water. All you can see is white salt crystals and is believed that these crystal salts have curative powers.
Jerash : This place has 2000 year old Graeco Roman ruins of Jerash that are considered to be the best preserved cities of Decapolis. The town conducts old sports that have more than 15000 spectators. This place has a lot of ancient fountains with dolphins.
Aqaba : It is located at the tip of the Red Sea. It is well known for its sandy beaches, clear water and rich marine life. You can have some beach activities such as swimming, water skiing, parasailing, jet skiing, fishing and snorkelling.
