Day 1: Arrive Christchurch
|
Welcome to Christchurch, the Garden City, on the first day of Classic New Zealand Tour Packages from India. Upon arrival here, pick up your car and reach your hotel, either Hotel Millennium or a similar kind of another hotel. Check in your hotel and unwind. The day is free so you can take your time out to see some attractions of the city. Stay overnight at hotel. |

| Day 2: Christchurch / Mt.Cook-Twizel (3hrs) |
|
Classic New Zealand Holiday Packages from India include morning breakfast at hotel restaurant. So start your day with a nice breakfast in the morning and then get ready to leave Christchurch in order to travel to Twizel. During your journey you will cross the largest flat land in the country known as Canterbury Plains and get to see popular locations like Rakaia, Mayfield, Geraldine and Fairilie. Continue your journey up the Southern Alps, climbing its foothills, to the top of Burkes Pass and then descend to reach Mackenzie Basin. Upon arrival at Twizel, check in your hotel. Later we will go for Glacier Landing for 30 min. Stay overnight in either Mackenzie Country Inn or a similar kind of another hotel.

Day 3: Mt.Cook / Queenstown (3hrs)
|
Today we will depart from Mount Cook to go to Alpine Resort in Queenstown. During the journey you will pass through the historic Central Otago region while moving along the southern shores of Lake Pukaki. Stay overnight in Queenstown with accommodation being provided at either Rydes Lakeland resort or something similar to it. |

| Day 4: Queenstown |
|
Today you can enjoy a number of outdoor activities in Queenstown. The options include jet boating, gondola rides, bungee jumping, white water rafting and much more. It should be noted here that these are optional activities and the tour price of Classic New Zealand Vacation Packages from India does not include these either. With accommodation being provided at either Rydes Lakeland Resort or something similar to it, you can enjoy being here and stay overnight.

Day 5: Queenstown (Milford Sound) (4hrs)
|
Find some more entertainment on day 5 of Classic New Zealand Honeymoon Packages from India. First start a journey through the southern bank of Lake Wakatipu to reach Lumsden, and then continue your journey to reach Lake Te Anau. Get into the Eglinton Valley and continue moving on through the breathtaking Homer Tunnel to finally reach Milford Sound, a popular tourist destination. From here you will board on a cruise ship to explore the world famous fiord and get delightful sights of Mitre Peak and the cascading Bowen Falls. Come back to Queenstown and stay overnight here at Rydges Lakeland resort or a similar kind of another accommodation. |

| Day 6: Queenstown / Dunedin (3hrs) |
|
On this day of our Classic New Zealand Travel Packages from India, we well leave the city of Queenstown and begin our journey to reach Dunedin, a city known for natural history, Scottish influences and Otago University. Check in your hotel here, which could be something similar to the standard of Hotel Mercure. Stay overnight here.

Day 7: Dunedin / Christchurch (5hrs)

Today we will go back to Christchurch passing again through the Canterbury Plains. Upon arrival, check in Hotel Millennium or another hotel similar to its standard. Stay overnight in Christchurch at your hotel. |

| Day 8: Christchurch / Kaikoura (2hrs) |
|
The next destination on the itinerary of this tour package is Kaikoura, a city known for Maori history and legend. Before reaching the coast, we will travel through the North Canterbury Plains once again. You will find a lot of excitement waiting for you in Kaikoura. Enjoy an optional Whale Watch experience while sailing by boat. You will also get rare opportunities to see Sperm Whale, New Zealand’s own tiny hector’s Dolphin, Royal Albatross and Fur Seals. Stay overnight in Kaikoura with accommodation at either Morph Motor Inn or something similar to it.

Day 9: Kaikoura / Piction / Wellington
|
Today we will start a journey from Kaikoura to travel northwards, through the town of Blenheim, in order to reach Picton. We will continue our journey to move across Cook Strait, a narrow water strip with clear waters and lush forests that separates North and South Islands of New Zealand. Move into the Marlborough Sounds and then on to Wellington, the capital of the country. Stay here overnight at Hotel Mercure or another hotel with the same facilities. |

| Day 10: Wellington |
|

Day 11: Departure Day
