TERMS & CONDITIONS
CONDITIONS OF PASSAGE
These conditions are applicable to every client of the company, Who books a Tour package or any Special tour or travel arrangement. Payment schedule, cancellation, refund etc. shall be applicable, in . addition to our 'terms and conditions'
RESERVATION DETAILS
In order to handle your reservations efficiently kindly advice full details of the group or FIT's regarding their arrival/departure/cruise dates, flight numbers, number of passengers, room requirements/Cruise requirement, meals and sightseeing, Passport Details etc.
CONFIRMATIONS
All reservations requests at Horizons will be confirmed by FaxiTel/E-mail within 1-2 working days of request.
RATES
Horizons reserves the right to alter these rates, with/ without prior notice.
PAYMENT
A specific deposit is required within 2 days of confirmation of your tour arrangements to hold the reservation. Certain tour packages may have different payment requirements and these will be advised at time of booking.
CANCELLATION
For any cancellations of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee according to the case will be charged
AMENDMENTS
Administration fee will be charged for changes in bookings after confirmation.
REFUNDS
No refunds will be available on unused services at unless extenuating circumstances apply.
CHILDREN
Generally children under 12 years, who share a room and existing bedding with an adult, may travel minimum 50% of the normal adult land cost. We reserve the right to confirm exact child costs at time of reservation.
ACCOMMODATION
All accommodation included in our itineraries is based on sharing a twin room with private facilities unless otherwise indicated. Single rooms are available but the higher single price must be paid.
VALIDITY
Horizons Packages are valid till 31st March 2006, unless specified otherwise.
